【農(nóng)機(jī)網(wǎng) 市場(chǎng)行情】中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械流通協(xié)會(huì)發(fā)布的2023年9月份中國(guó)農(nóng)機(jī)市場(chǎng)景氣指數(shù)(AMI)為50.1%,環(huán)比下降1.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn),同比下降0.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。從環(huán)比看,6個(gè)一級(jí)指數(shù)中,除銷售能力指數(shù)、效益指數(shù)和人氣指數(shù)呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì),其余全部呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì),其中經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)降幅最大,為15.5個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。從同比看,6個(gè)一級(jí)指數(shù)除效益指數(shù)和農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼指數(shù)外全部呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì),其中銷售能力指數(shù)降幅最大,為1.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。6個(gè)一級(jí)指數(shù)中除經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)外全部位于景氣區(qū)間。
特約分析師張華光認(rèn)為:9月份AMI雖然環(huán)比、同比雙雙小幅下滑,但景氣度依然較為友好——堅(jiān)守于擴(kuò)張區(qū)間?;厮?020年以來(lái)4年間9月份景氣度變化,不難發(fā)現(xiàn)今年成為4年來(lái)景氣度最低的一年。
自2020年9月份,終結(jié)了持續(xù)六年的不景氣歷史進(jìn)入景氣區(qū)間后,今年是保持9月份位于景氣區(qū)間的第4個(gè)年頭,但也成為4年來(lái)景氣度最低的一年。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,今年的景氣度比過(guò)去的2020年、2021年、2022年低7.8、2.4和0.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。反映了9月景氣度呈現(xiàn)逐年遞減的趨勢(shì),盡管遞減速度有所放緩,盡管目前尚停留于量變過(guò)程之中,盡管還位于景氣區(qū)間。事實(shí)上,今年9月份,景氣度變化只是中國(guó)農(nóng)機(jī)市場(chǎng)近年走勢(shì)的冰山一角,它深層次反映了我國(guó)農(nóng)機(jī)市場(chǎng)正步入一個(gè)新常態(tài)——低位運(yùn)行期。這種判斷在今后幾年還會(huì)一再表現(xiàn)出來(lái),市場(chǎng)動(dòng)能是一個(gè)較為溫和的緩慢的逐漸減弱的量變過(guò)程,但質(zhì)變遲早會(huì)到來(lái)。
9月份AMI的基本特征
其一,AMI繼續(xù)滯留于景氣區(qū)間。這主要得益于以下三個(gè)方面的因素:第一,在經(jīng)歷了自4月至7月連續(xù)4個(gè)月持續(xù)滯留于收縮區(qū)間后,8月份的市場(chǎng)能量釋放并未終結(jié),9月份可視為市場(chǎng)能量不斷累積的結(jié)果;第二,9月份,作為我國(guó)農(nóng)機(jī)市場(chǎng)的傳統(tǒng)旺季,雖然近年出貨高峰月份有所前移,但9月份,市場(chǎng)需求依然保持了較強(qiáng)的韌性;第三,9月份自南至北的秋收已經(jīng)展開,水稻、
玉米收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)接近尾聲。一些企業(yè)搶抓最后機(jī)遇,加大促銷力度,成為穩(wěn)定9月份景氣度的重要力量。
其二,出貨高峰期前移。今年出貨高峰期前移跡象明顯,突出表現(xiàn)為上半年2月份創(chuàng)下最高的景氣度,往年出貨高峰期的3月份景氣度不升反降;下半年8月與9月與之驚人的相似,素有“金九”的9月份景氣度卻低于8月份。如果不出現(xiàn)意外,接下來(lái),景氣度走勢(shì)復(fù)制二季度的概率較大。
其三,拐點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)。9月份AMI環(huán)比、同比分別下滑1.4和0.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn),釋放出市場(chǎng)由盛轉(zhuǎn)衰的信號(hào),意味著市場(chǎng)開始步入下降通道,折射出市場(chǎng)拐點(diǎn)的出現(xiàn)。隨著秋收的持續(xù)向北推進(jìn),進(jìn)一步壓縮市場(chǎng)需求空間,今年的市場(chǎng)或提前“入冬”。
其四,市場(chǎng)信心減弱。9月份,經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)為40.4%,環(huán)比、同比雙雙下滑,環(huán)比大幅度下滑15.5個(gè)百分點(diǎn),同比下滑1.1個(gè)百分點(diǎn),落入不景氣區(qū)間。與之同步的還有庫(kù)存指數(shù),環(huán)比、同比均下跌。預(yù)示著大部分經(jīng)理人對(duì)下月的市場(chǎng)持悲觀態(tài)度。
其五,細(xì)分市場(chǎng)“兩升三降”,冷熱不均。在所監(jiān)測(cè)的5個(gè)二級(jí)指數(shù)中,
拖拉機(jī)指數(shù)和耕整地機(jī)械指數(shù)環(huán)比有所增長(zhǎng),其中,拖拉機(jī)指數(shù)環(huán)比大幅增長(zhǎng)6.9個(gè)百分點(diǎn),挺進(jìn)景氣區(qū)間。而
種植機(jī)械、田間管理機(jī)械和收割機(jī)指數(shù)則環(huán)比下滑,尤其是田間管理機(jī)械指數(shù),環(huán)比大幅下滑8.6個(gè)百分點(diǎn),收割機(jī)指數(shù)環(huán)比下滑1.7個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。
從三級(jí)指數(shù)解析細(xì)分市場(chǎng)
從9月份所監(jiān)測(cè)的7個(gè)三級(jí)指數(shù)看,各細(xì)分市場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)冰火同爐,冷熱不均。
大中型拖拉機(jī)市場(chǎng)。9月份,盡管大型、中型拖拉機(jī)終結(jié)了持續(xù)4個(gè)月、5個(gè)月的不景氣狀態(tài),并挺進(jìn)景氣區(qū)間;大拖、中拖景氣度環(huán)比、同比雙雙上揚(yáng),并直沖近三年來(lái)的制高點(diǎn)。但單月的表現(xiàn)依然難以改變今年大中拖市場(chǎng)的頹勢(shì)。市場(chǎng)銷售數(shù)據(jù)顯示,前三季度,大中拖市場(chǎng)銷量同比降幅高達(dá)20%以上。同時(shí)可以確定的是接下來(lái)的第四季度,大中拖市場(chǎng)將進(jìn)入至暗時(shí)刻。這種判斷主要基于去年的10月和11月,消費(fèi)者因擔(dān)心國(guó)三升級(jí)國(guó)四后的漲價(jià)而提前消費(fèi),導(dǎo)致市場(chǎng)飆升,也形成了市場(chǎng)“高地”,為今年月度同比大幅度下滑預(yù)設(shè)了高門檻。
耕整地機(jī)械市場(chǎng)。9月份,旋耕機(jī)指數(shù)環(huán)比提升6.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn),同比下滑0.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn),以58.3%的景氣度挺進(jìn)景氣區(qū)間;深松機(jī)指數(shù)環(huán)比提升9.9個(gè)百分點(diǎn),同比下滑16.2個(gè)百分點(diǎn),以54.1%的景氣度挺進(jìn)景氣區(qū)間。隨著秋耕模式的開啟,耕整地機(jī)械市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入旺季,預(yù)示著今年的耕整地機(jī)械市場(chǎng)還將走強(qiáng),這是繼去年穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)后的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。從同比下滑看,今年的耕整地機(jī)械市場(chǎng)雖然沒(méi)有達(dá)到去年的高度,但足以笑傲“江湖”;從與之配套的拖拉機(jī)市場(chǎng)看,意味我國(guó)拖拉機(jī)與農(nóng)機(jī)具的配套比依然偏弱。
收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)。收割機(jī)指數(shù)自7月至9月,連續(xù)三個(gè)月維系在景氣區(qū)間,但月度環(huán)比持續(xù)下跌,8月小幅下跌0.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn),9月度跌幅擴(kuò)大到1.7個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。越是接近秋收,景氣度反而越低,意味今年收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)的動(dòng)能明顯不足。10月份,我國(guó)農(nóng)時(shí)進(jìn)入“秋耕”模式,收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)銷售會(huì)因此大幅度減量甚至停滯。如果沒(méi)有意外情況出現(xiàn),我國(guó)收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)將進(jìn)入收官階段。
今年的收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)并不比拖拉機(jī)市場(chǎng)好到哪里去,甚至更差。從今年的收獲機(jī)指數(shù)來(lái)看,只有7月份同比提升了1.7個(gè)百分點(diǎn),其余月份同比均呈現(xiàn)不同程度的下降,整體運(yùn)行位于近三年歷史低位。市場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)也呼應(yīng)了此變化,三大糧食作物收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)同比降幅均在20%、甚至30%以上,打捆機(jī)、飼料收獲機(jī)、青貯機(jī)也出現(xiàn)較大的滑坡,市場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)十分慘淡。經(jīng)濟(jì)類作物收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)雖然降幅較小,甚至個(gè)別市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)增長(zhǎng),但依然難以改變整體市場(chǎng)頹勢(shì)。導(dǎo)致今年收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)走“麥城”的主要原因有二:一是周期性下滑;二是去年對(duì)今年市場(chǎng)的“透支”。
遙控飛行噴霧機(jī)。包括遙控飛行噴霧機(jī)在內(nèi)的田間管理機(jī)具市場(chǎng),隨著“三秋模式”的啟動(dòng)戛然而止,9月份遙控飛行噴霧機(jī)的指數(shù)反映了這一變化。在經(jīng)歷了上月大幅度提升后,環(huán)比下降14.5個(gè)百分點(diǎn),以43.8%的景氣度跌落收縮區(qū)間。
10月份AMI走勢(shì)判斷
預(yù)計(jì)10月份AMI環(huán)比、同比將出現(xiàn)不同程度的較大幅度下滑,并擊穿榮枯線進(jìn)入不景氣區(qū)間。一、二級(jí)指數(shù)中多數(shù)指數(shù)環(huán)比、同比將下降。多數(shù)三級(jí)指數(shù)跌入不景氣區(qū)間的概率較大,但不排除今年耕整地機(jī)械市場(chǎng)的強(qiáng)大韌性,在榮枯線附近徘徊的概率較大。
10月份,AMI利空因素表現(xiàn)較為強(qiáng)烈。
從農(nóng)時(shí)分析。隨著秋收的收官,以及隨之而來(lái)的是秋耕模式的開啟,多數(shù)收獲機(jī)細(xì)分市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入“休眠”期,雖有拖拉機(jī)、耕整地機(jī)械、收獲后處理機(jī)械指數(shù)的支撐,但市場(chǎng)的支撐點(diǎn)較為單薄。
從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分析。制造端,多數(shù)制造企業(yè)開啟總結(jié)模式,或參加展會(huì)、或籌備召開商務(wù)年會(huì),市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷已經(jīng)不是重點(diǎn);從銷售端看,經(jīng)銷商去庫(kù)存,清理應(yīng)收賬款等成為其主要工作,市場(chǎng)銷售活動(dòng)逐漸減少;從終端看,隨著秋耕的開始,購(gòu)買農(nóng)機(jī)的用戶會(huì)大幅度減少。
從AMI運(yùn)行規(guī)律分析。第一,9月份,經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)環(huán)比大幅度下跌,跌幅高達(dá)15%以上,折射出經(jīng)理人對(duì)10月份市場(chǎng)信心不足,同時(shí)也預(yù)示著10月份市場(chǎng)下行概率較大;第二,9月份,庫(kù)存指數(shù)走低,說(shuō)明經(jīng)銷商去庫(kù)存意愿較為強(qiáng)烈,隨著進(jìn)貨量的減少,市場(chǎng)活躍度會(huì)大幅度下降;第三,自2013年至2022年10年間,AMI的表現(xiàn)看,10月份指數(shù)景氣度鮮有位于景氣區(qū)間的。尤其是最近的2021年和2022年,下降幅度分別達(dá)到了8.1%和8.3%。從月度同比看,也只有2015年10月份的指數(shù)略高于9月份。
