11月份AMI指數(shù)為39.8%,景氣度曲線繼續(xù)下沉

導(dǎo)讀:11月份,成為AMI進(jìn)入淡季后特色并不十分鮮明的一個(gè)月,給我們留下的最大感受:景氣度曲線繼續(xù)下沉,不景氣度在加深。

  【農(nóng)機(jī)網(wǎng) 市場(chǎng)行情】中國農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械流通協(xié)會(huì)發(fā)布的2023年11月份中國農(nóng)機(jī)市場(chǎng)景氣指數(shù)(AMI)為39.8%,環(huán)比下降0.2個(gè)百分點(diǎn),同比下降4.0個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。從環(huán)比看,6個(gè)一級(jí)指數(shù)中,“二升四降”,在經(jīng)過上月大幅度下降出清后,本月降幅收窄;從同比看,6個(gè)一級(jí)指數(shù)除庫存指數(shù)、經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)小幅增長外,其它指數(shù)均呈現(xiàn)不同程度的下滑,其中,人氣指數(shù)降幅最大,為11個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。6個(gè)一級(jí)指數(shù)繼上月悉數(shù)落入不景氣區(qū)間后,本月繼續(xù)徘徊在收縮區(qū)間。
 
  特約分析師張華光認(rèn)為:11月份,成為AMI進(jìn)入淡季后特色并不十分鮮明的一個(gè)月,給我們留下的最大感受:景氣度曲線繼續(xù)下沉,不景氣度在加深。雖然個(gè)別指數(shù)環(huán)比、同比出現(xiàn)增長,但在增長的多數(shù)指數(shù)中,均發(fā)生在不景氣區(qū)間內(nèi),并且波幅較小,并未發(fā)生實(shí)質(zhì)性改變。
 
  11月份AMI的基本特征
 
  11月份AMI并不意外的表現(xiàn)折射出市場(chǎng)的四個(gè)月度變化。
 
  其一,市場(chǎng)持續(xù)下沉。AMI跌跌不休成為11月份的最鮮明特點(diǎn)。繼9月環(huán)比下跌后,本月已經(jīng)走出“三連跌”,既彰顯11月份的月度特點(diǎn),也反映了全年市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀。而同比維系了今年以來的基本走勢(shì)——持續(xù)下行,位于三年來的歷史低位,演繹著今年市場(chǎng)低位震蕩的低迷現(xiàn)狀。
 
  其二,需求低迷,效益下滑。市場(chǎng)需求低迷,銷售規(guī)模持續(xù)收縮,疊加生產(chǎn)成本上升,形成效益指數(shù)環(huán)比、同比雙雙“兩連跌”的慘淡走勢(shì)。反映出經(jīng)銷商在市場(chǎng)低迷情勢(shì)下,疊加上游的壓力和低價(jià)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),直接拉低效益。進(jìn)一步詮釋了我們行業(yè)調(diào)研得出的結(jié)論:許多經(jīng)銷商(包括主營業(yè)務(wù)增長的經(jīng)銷商)反映的一個(gè)共同問題是今年效益出現(xiàn)較大滑坡。
 
  其三,市場(chǎng)冷清,信心不足。作為反映終端市場(chǎng)景氣度晴雨表的兩大指標(biāo):人氣指數(shù)和經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)均陷入深度不景氣區(qū)間。人氣指數(shù)環(huán)比在經(jīng)歷了上月大幅度下跌后,本月再度下沉,跌入深度收縮區(qū)間。人氣指數(shù)的大幅度下滑折射出終端市場(chǎng)之清淡、冷清,對(duì)經(jīng)理人信心形成強(qiáng)力打壓。經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù)在經(jīng)歷上月大幅度滑坡后,11月雖呈現(xiàn)復(fù)蘇跡象,但較低的景氣度依然無法掩蓋經(jīng)理人對(duì)市場(chǎng)信心的嚴(yán)重不足。
 
  其四,細(xì)分市場(chǎng)溫差有點(diǎn)大。從本月監(jiān)測(cè)的5個(gè)二級(jí)指數(shù)的表現(xiàn)看,在經(jīng)歷了上月全部“淪陷”后,11月份,有些指數(shù)進(jìn)入良性修復(fù)期,如種植機(jī)械指數(shù)、田間管理機(jī)械指數(shù),環(huán)比分別上揚(yáng)了5.2和9.1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。主要來自兩個(gè)原因:一是上月觸底反彈,如田間管理機(jī)械指數(shù);二是受環(huán)境因素影響,內(nèi)生動(dòng)力呈現(xiàn)復(fù)蘇式增長,如種植機(jī)械指數(shù)。有些指數(shù)持續(xù)下跌,如拖拉機(jī)指數(shù)、耕整地機(jī)械指數(shù)和收獲機(jī)械指數(shù)。
 
  從三級(jí)指數(shù)解析細(xì)分市場(chǎng)
 
  11月份所監(jiān)測(cè)的9個(gè)三級(jí)指數(shù)環(huán)比“5降4升”。深松機(jī)市場(chǎng)一枝獨(dú)秀,成為9大指數(shù)中唯一一個(gè)堅(jiān)守于景氣區(qū)間的指數(shù)。其它指數(shù)雖然升降有別,但深陷不景氣區(qū)間現(xiàn)實(shí),以及較低的景氣度,均反映了本月市場(chǎng)質(zhì)的規(guī)定性——市場(chǎng)慘淡、需求低迷。
 
  大中型拖拉機(jī)市場(chǎng):乏善可陳。大型、中型拖拉機(jī)指數(shù)環(huán)比在經(jīng)歷了上月大幅度下滑后,11月再度上演下滑戲碼,但下滑幅度有所收窄。環(huán)比、同比雙雙下滑,景氣度在30%-40%的深度不景氣區(qū)間掙扎,反映了大中拖市場(chǎng)所面臨的嚴(yán)峻現(xiàn)實(shí)。
 
  縱觀今年大中拖市場(chǎng),無論銷量還是利潤,可謂乏善可陳。就時(shí)間點(diǎn)看,11月份本就是市場(chǎng)淡季,加之去年同期受國三升級(jí)國四影響,大中拖月度銷量飆升,當(dāng)月銷量創(chuàng)下6.35萬臺(tái)的歷史新高,堆成市場(chǎng)“高地”,成為今年同比大幅度下滑的重要原因。
 
  各馬力段表現(xiàn)特點(diǎn)鮮明。11月份,呈現(xiàn)出兩個(gè)較為突出的特征。第一,25-100馬力中拖市場(chǎng)方面,低馬力段機(jī)型增勢(shì)強(qiáng)勁,25-30馬力段疊加50馬力段機(jī)型同比出現(xiàn)大幅度增長,但其占比不足以改變整體市場(chǎng)走勢(shì)。第二,100馬力以上的大拖市場(chǎng)方面,呈現(xiàn)兩端凸起,中間下陷的特點(diǎn)。其中,100-130馬力段機(jī)型和240馬力段以上機(jī)型出現(xiàn)增長,中間機(jī)型出現(xiàn)不同程度的較大幅度下滑。
 
  拖拉機(jī)進(jìn)出口亮眼。如果說今年的拖拉機(jī)市場(chǎng)還有亮點(diǎn)的話,那就是進(jìn)出口市場(chǎng),盡管月度增幅下調(diào)。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,1-10月我國拖拉機(jī)進(jìn)出口總額9.7億美元,進(jìn)出口金額同比增長30.5%。其中:出口8.5億美元,同比增長23.9%:進(jìn)口1.2億美元,同比增長107.9%;貿(mào)易順差7.3億美元。出口方面,1-10月拖拉機(jī)累計(jì)出口額保持了較高增速,但8-10月連續(xù)3個(gè)月同比大幅下滑,季節(jié)性調(diào)整影響明顯。俄羅斯、泰國、哈薩克斯坦、烏茲別克斯坦等市場(chǎng)累計(jì)出口額同比有較大增幅,但當(dāng)月已經(jīng)大幅下滑。進(jìn)口方面,180馬力以上大拖占中國拖拉機(jī)進(jìn)口的份額超過90%,累計(jì)進(jìn)口量、值同比仍保持了較大幅增,但10月當(dāng)月均大幅下滑,周期性調(diào)整明顯。
 
  深松機(jī)市場(chǎng)一枝獨(dú)秀。11月份,深松機(jī)指數(shù)以69.4%的高景氣度一枝獨(dú)秀,比上月提升0.5個(gè)百分點(diǎn),比上年同期提升4.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn),成為本月所監(jiān)測(cè)的9個(gè)三級(jí)指數(shù)中唯一一個(gè)位于景氣區(qū)間的指數(shù)。這也是繼9月份之后,環(huán)比實(shí)現(xiàn)“三連增”,同比實(shí)現(xiàn)“兩連增”,并連續(xù)三個(gè)月位于景氣區(qū)間的指數(shù)。在眾多細(xì)分市場(chǎng)大幅度下滑的背景下,深松機(jī)市場(chǎng)持續(xù)走牛,主要兩個(gè)原因:一是政策拉動(dòng)。保護(hù)性耕作促使不少地方的補(bǔ)貼資金向深松機(jī)領(lǐng)域傾斜,奠定了市場(chǎng)增長的基礎(chǔ);二是內(nèi)生動(dòng)力較為強(qiáng)勁。深松機(jī)市場(chǎng)在經(jīng)歷的多年低位運(yùn)行后,今年進(jìn)入周期性更新高峰期,市場(chǎng)動(dòng)能得到充分釋放。
 
  收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)。11月份,三大糧食作物收獲機(jī)指數(shù)的景氣度繼續(xù)徘徊于低位。雖然履帶式、輪式收獲機(jī)指數(shù)經(jīng)歷了上月觸底后,環(huán)比波動(dòng)上行,但景氣度依然偏低,意味著市場(chǎng)并未發(fā)生實(shí)質(zhì)性變化。更不用說玉米收獲機(jī)指數(shù)了,本月環(huán)比、同比繼續(xù)下沉。此外,市場(chǎng)調(diào)查顯示,包括飼料收獲機(jī)、花生收獲機(jī)等在內(nèi)的其它收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)也出現(xiàn)不同程度的滑坡,盡管有馬鈴薯、棉花收獲機(jī)等市場(chǎng)小幅增長的對(duì)沖,但依然難以改變整體收獲機(jī)市場(chǎng)下滑之頹勢(shì)。
 
  免耕播種機(jī)市場(chǎng)。11月份,免耕播種機(jī)指數(shù)雖然環(huán)比小幅滑坡,出現(xiàn)“兩連跌”,同比大幅度下降,但依然保持了48.3%的較高景氣度。這是自9月份以來,連續(xù)三個(gè)月景氣度在榮枯線附近徘徊,說明今年免耕播種機(jī)市場(chǎng)同比出現(xiàn)滑坡的概率較大,但下滑幅度不會(huì)超出我們的預(yù)期,小幅下滑的概率較大。
 
  遙控飛行噴霧機(jī)市場(chǎng)指數(shù)在經(jīng)歷上月觸底后,強(qiáng)勢(shì)反彈。比上月提升15.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn),比上年同期提升4.8個(gè)百分點(diǎn),景氣度也達(dá)到了47.2%。但從全年市場(chǎng)分析,今年該市場(chǎng)因各種利空因素疊加,尤其是市場(chǎng)周期性下滑影響,下滑的概率很大。
 
  12月份AMI走勢(shì)判斷
 
  12月是今年的收官月份。預(yù)計(jì)AMI隨著環(huán)比、同比的小幅滑坡,其景氣度或?qū)⒗^續(xù)呈下探之勢(shì)。從技術(shù)層面分析,鑒于AMI持續(xù)的下沉,已經(jīng)十分接近底部,預(yù)計(jì)下滑幅度不會(huì)大。一、二、三級(jí)指數(shù)很難從本質(zhì)上改變發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,不景氣依然是12月份指數(shù)的底色。
 
  已經(jīng)開始的12月份是2023年最后一個(gè)月。從季節(jié)因素分析。12月正值農(nóng)閑期,是較為典型的傳統(tǒng)淡季。決定了市場(chǎng)交易不活躍,處于“冬眠”期。

  產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分析。從制造端看,進(jìn)入12月份后,制造企業(yè)的工作重點(diǎn)在于適度組織生產(chǎn),保持適當(dāng)?shù)膸齑?。另外,一些企業(yè)開啟商務(wù)年會(huì)模式,整合供應(yīng)鏈和渠道資源。從銷售端看,多數(shù)經(jīng)銷商對(duì)市場(chǎng)信心不足,籠罩在濃厚的悲觀情緒下。我協(xié)會(huì)前不久進(jìn)行的典型經(jīng)銷商大型調(diào)查顯示,多數(shù)經(jīng)銷商對(duì)即將開始的2024年既充滿期待,也充滿矛盾。在對(duì)1270家經(jīng)銷商調(diào)研中,認(rèn)為明年市場(chǎng)同比會(huì)增長的占比僅僅16.69%。同比下降的占比高達(dá)49.92%,持平的占比33.39%。此判斷對(duì)12月至明年的1月、2月經(jīng)銷商經(jīng)營將產(chǎn)生重要影響,他們因信心不足而謹(jǐn)慎組織貨源、壓縮庫存,對(duì)來自制造端的鋪貨產(chǎn)生較大影響。從市場(chǎng)終端看,基于購買成本增加、收益降低等各種利空因素疊加影響,將大大降低其購買欲望,濃重的觀望氣氛依然占據(jù)主導(dǎo)因素。
 
  AMI內(nèi)生動(dòng)力分析,以下幾個(gè)維度均指向動(dòng)能不足。
 
  第一,市場(chǎng)信心不足。作為先行指數(shù)的經(jīng)理人信心指數(shù),環(huán)比在經(jīng)歷“兩連跌”后,11月雖有所回升,但此回升只能視為觸底后的溫和反彈,37.4%的景氣度支持我們的這種判斷。預(yù)示著已經(jīng)開始的12月份市場(chǎng)依然面臨較大的上升壓力。
 
  第二,人氣指數(shù)景氣度偏低。作為市場(chǎng)晴雨表的人氣指數(shù),環(huán)比同比雙雙經(jīng)歷了“兩連跌”,景氣度跌至33.3%,位于深度不景氣區(qū)間。折射出終端市場(chǎng)在今年整體市場(chǎng)持續(xù)下行的大背景下,變得更為慘淡,預(yù)示著12月份的市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)改觀的概率很低。
 
  第三,市場(chǎng)“高地”。去年12月份,與國三升級(jí)國四相關(guān)的市場(chǎng)均出現(xiàn)逆勢(shì)飆升的現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)而形成市場(chǎng)“高地”。今年12月份很難超出去年同期,決定了市場(chǎng)同比下滑的概率較大。
 
  第四,AMI走勢(shì)變化規(guī)律看。首先,自2013年至2022年10年間AMI的表現(xiàn)看,12月份景氣度高于11月的概率為60%。尤其是2017-2021年,連續(xù)5年12月份的景氣度均高于11月份,此規(guī)律到2022年被打破,當(dāng)年景氣度環(huán)比下挫5.9個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。其次,從2016年-2022年同比變化看,在經(jīng)歷了連續(xù)6年的增長后,去年戛然而止,同比下挫14.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn),意味著12月份的景氣度拐點(diǎn)出現(xiàn),基于去年同期景氣度“洼地”,同比小幅增長的概率較大,但增幅不會(huì)大,甚至不能改變環(huán)比下降的走勢(shì)。
