按國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),巴氏合金可以分為錫基合金和鉛基合金兩種。鉛基合金的強(qiáng)度和硬度比錫基合金低,耐蝕性也差。所以客戶在使用巴氏合金的時(shí)候,通常選用錫基合金,其常用的牌號(hào)有zchsnsb11-6、zchsnsb8-4、zchsnsb8-8等。盡管鉛基合金的性能沒有錫基合金好,但是有許多客戶仍然選擇使用,因?yàn)樗褂闷饋肀容^經(jīng)濟(jì),其常用的牌號(hào)有zchpbsb16-16-2、zchpbsb1-16-1等。
巴氏合金的主要合金成分是錫、鉛、銻、銅。銻、銅,用以提高合金強(qiáng)度和硬度。巴氏合金的組織特點(diǎn)是,在軟相基體上均勻分布著硬相質(zhì)點(diǎn),軟相基體使合金具有非常好的嵌藏性、順應(yīng)性和抗咬合性,并在磨合后,軟基體內(nèi)凹,硬質(zhì)點(diǎn)外凸,使滑動(dòng)面之間形成微小間隙,成為貯油空間和潤(rùn)滑油通道,利于減摩;上凸的硬質(zhì)點(diǎn)起支承作用,有利于承載。
巴氏合金除制造滑動(dòng)軸承外,因其質(zhì)地軟、強(qiáng)度低,常將其絲或粉噴涂在鋼等基體上制成軸瓦使用。巴氏合金分錫基(見錫合金)和鉛基合金兩種。后者含銻10%~20%,錫5 %~15%,為防止成分偏析和細(xì)化晶粒,還常加入少量的砷。鉛基合金的強(qiáng)度和硬度比錫基合金低,耐蝕性也差。
