2、保證范圍：根據(jù)國(guó)家相關(guān)質(zhì)量法規(guī)，在質(zhì)量保證期內(nèi)，用戶在認(rèn)真履行和嚴(yán)格遵守《操作使用說明書》中的有關(guān)正確操作、安全須知及維修保養(yǎng)要求的情況下，由產(chǎn)品制造質(zhì)量問題而發(fā)生的故障，本公司負(fù)責(zé)免費(fèi)更換損壞的零部件并免費(fèi)進(jìn)行維修。

（二）售后服務(wù)響應(yīng)時(shí)間：
正常情況下，我公司承諾在收到客戶、傳真或電郵后的2小時(shí)內(nèi)響應(yīng)，如有必要，我公司售后服務(wù)工程師或當(dāng)?shù)靥丶s維修部在4小時(shí)內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)（同城市客戶），或按火車（汽車，如無火車）的zui快到達(dá)時(shí)間（異地客戶）。售后：-8000
