一、概述Introduction
輕型直線振動(dòng)篩是利用兩臺(tái)振動(dòng)電機(jī)為激震源，反向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的激振力，通過(guò)傳振體傳遞到輕型直線振動(dòng)篩整個(gè)篩面上，從而使篩面上的物料向出料口方向跳躍運(yùn)動(dòng)。小于篩孔的物料通過(guò)篩網(wǎng)落到下層，經(jīng)連續(xù)跳躍后從出料口流出，卡在篩網(wǎng)上的物料由橡膠球彈出，由于篩分過(guò)程合理，可同時(shí)取得幾種不同規(guī)格的物料?？膳鋯魏Y或多篩，實(shí)現(xiàn)分級(jí)，去除雜質(zhì)，除塵，檢測(cè)，洗選，脫水等。

二、應(yīng)用范圍Applied field
DZSF系列輕型直線振動(dòng)篩主要適用于，塊狀、顆粒狀、粉狀物料的篩分。如磨料、建材、醫(yī)藥、化工、冶金、樹(shù)脂粉、陶瓷原料等，可根據(jù)客戶需要，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)尺寸要求，進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)制作。
